What is processing time and how does it impact my order?
Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days from your order date. If there is any delay, DiogisPlace will contact you regarding your order. All orders submitted over the weekend will be processed the next business day, which is typically Monday. • While your order is processing, you may see the processing status in your Account. Once your order has been shipped, this status will update to “Shipped” and you will receive a shipment confirmation email.
When can I expect to receive my order?
The ship method selected during checkout determines when you will receive your package. Once an order is placed, all in stock items will ship from our warehouse within 5 business days. During this “processing” time our staff is busy picking, packing and readying your order to be shipped. Once the USPS or UPS carrier picks up your order, they make every attempt to deliver it within the timeline selected in your ship method
What are my shipping charges for returning an order?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return your item(s) within 30 business days. Please note, wholesale orders are non-refundable. This return policy only applies to retail customers. Customers are responsible for the shipping fee to send back the item(s) they no longer want. A refund will not be granted if the item is not received back.
Will I have to sign for my package?
DiogisPlace does not require a signature when we ship your package. It is recommended that you choose a secure shipping address to ensure your product is received and delivered in a timely fashion.
What are my shipping options?
DiogisPlace offers the various carriers to deliver orders: USPS and UPS. The shipping options are available during checkout and you may make your selection once the rates are published on the website. USPS First Class Mail is the most economical option for smaller size orders. USPS First Class mail packages are delivered within 3-5 business days after it ships from the warehouse. USPS Priority Mail packages are delivered within 2-3 business days after it ships from the warehouse. UPS Ground is available and is determined based upon your geographical location. DiogisPlace's warehouse is located in Florida and the UPS Ground shipping time could be 2-6 business days, depending on where you are located. UPS 3 Day Select is available and delivery time is 3 business days from when the order ships.
